Terms of use of this website and the relationship between the visitor and AGEman Solutions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada and select it as the appropriate district for the hearing of any claim arising out of the interpretation, application, entry into force, validity and effect of this policy of use.

Applicable to all our products

Automatic renewal 

All packages in your subscription will automatically renew itself according to your subscription. For example, if you have a monthly subscription, it will renew itself automatically every month. If you have an annual subscription, it will renew itself automatically every year. You can easily modify a package by yourself. It will be included in your next renewal. WE DO NOT SEND RENEWAL NOTICES for our packages.

Applicable to REPman only

Price protection on your package

We guarantee that the monthly or annual fees of your present package will not change as long as you remain a good standing REPman user. Every year, new versions of REPman will become available at a price determined by the consumer price index or added features. You will be able to upgrade to the new package at its published price or keep your current package (without the new features) at your current price structure. IT IS GARANTEED!

It is very easy to modify your package. Simply access the Initialisation menu of your REPman, click on Modify my package. Make your changes. Click OK. The system will ask you to confirm your new choices and the new fees.

Importing your data

We offer a data importation service. To have your data imported, you must fill out and sign our form. Customer service will gladly explain the different levels of complexity of an importation and our commitment. You can reach customer service at 450 326-1036, ext. 1 or by email at: support@repman.ca.

We have established several import levels relative to the complexity or the volume of your data base. You must send customer service your database to know the level of complexity the import represents. There are no fees for level 1 or level 2. You only must commit to a maximum one year subscription to REPman. For level 3 or 4, the maximum can be 2 years. In more complexes situations, fees can be required to program the import.

Exporting your data

You can request, at all time, the exportation of your data in one of the following formats: MS-Excel, .CSV or .XML. This service is available only to good standing REPman users. If you need additional information on this service, contact customer service at 450-326-1036, ext 1 or by e-mail at  support@repman.ca. There is no additional fee for this service.

Discount for reference 

A colleague subscribes to REPman and you referred him. As a thank you, we will credit 10% of this new subscription to your account REPman!

To take advantage of this discount, please call our Customer Service at 450.326.1036 ext. 1 to inform us of this reference. Note that certain conditions apply: Our customer service will be happy to inform you there of.

Student rebate 

100% rebate for students.

If you are registered as a student in a financial advisor training centre, you are eligible for the “REPman Académie” rebate. While you are a student, you will get a 100% rebate on the basic version of REPman. To qualify, you must send us a proof you are enrolled in a financial advisor curriculum with your graduation date. Finally, you must give a valid credit card number to register your subscription.

Termination of your Subscription 

You may terminate your subscription by sending an email to support@repman.ca. This email must be received no later than 10 working days before the end of the month you want to end your subscription.

For example, if you want to end your subscription March 31, 2015, we must receive your email no later than January 1st, 2015 at midnight. If your request is made after that date, your subscription will automatically renew and your termination request will apply for the following month is April 30, 2015.

It is your responsibility to notify us in writing to terminate your subscription.

Discounts on REPman connections

For each REPman Action connected to your AGEman Office, we will apply a $ 10 credit on your monthly statement. The credit is applicable on basic and PRO versions REPman ACTION.

All you have to do to qualify for this discount is to promote our software to your advisors. We take care of the rest!

Cancellation of your Subscription 

You can cancel your subscription by sending a notice to support@repman.ca no later than the fourteen of the month preceding your renewal. If your notice is sent after this date, the renewal will automatically be generated according to you subscription. Ex: if you send your notice on March 14th 2012, your subscription will terminate on March 31st 2015. If you send your notice on January 1st 2015, it will terminate on April 30th 2015 (If you have a monthly subscription). Noticing us of the non-renewal of your subscription is your responsibility.
